Marshal Thornton is the author of more than forty novels. While he writes primarily mysteries, he has also written romantic comedies, thrillers and sci-fi novels. He has a BA in creative writing from CSULB and an MFA in screenwriting from UCLA. He has won the Lambda Award for gay mystery three times and has been nominated for the Lambda Award in gay romance twice.
